  • The first thing we will need to understand is adjusting the machine on the basis of your height and body. The height of the seat should be adjusted based on your height, if you are tall, then the seat should be more up and if you are short-heightened, then you should keep it low.
  • After adjusting the machine, you have to put the weights to shape your booty right. Make sure that the weight you put is moderate to your original weight if you are a beginner.
