Family a made-at-home short film: On a lighter note, to make everyone smile amidst this crucial time, the Indian cinema stars came together and made a short film. However, they have gone a little beyond the limit so as to make it more creative. The stars involved in the film shot the scenes in their own respective homes and cities without stepping out of their houses.

The film stars veteran actors to the newcomers, actors not only from Hindi cinema but Bengali, Tamil, Marathi, Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada cinema as well. The chief aim of this short film was to spread awareness among the audience that the war against novel coronavirus can be fought only when every single human stays inside their homes until the time asked for.

It was indeed a superb initiative by the Indian film industry to share a word with the viewers getting inpatient by sitting at home. The short film titles Family a made-at-home short film. The project stars Amitabh Bachchan, Rajnikant, Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt, Chiranjeevi, Mohanlal, Mammootty, Sonalee Kulkarni, Prosenjit Chatterjee, Shiva Rajkumar, and Diljit Dosanjh.

The film starts off with Amitabh Bachchan trying to find his black glasses and how Diljit Dosanjh and Ranbir Kapoor goes to several stars in the house and ask if they have seen his goggles or not.

This effort by the Indian film industry was appreciated by the audience as it was flooded with positive comments. Some of the audience said that short film stands as an example that the Indian film industry is capable of making a film without any set or budget with its skills and creativity.

As the theme of the film is black and white, one of the users presumed that it opted so that the different lighting of the actors’ houses could be managed. Other than this, the film was an initiative to donate money for the ones who work day and night for the country and have lost their daily meals due to the lockdown like daily wage earners and workers. The actors, Television channel and sponsors all together have raised a fund for the needful earners and workers of the film industry from around the country.
