Actor Shahrukh khan and his wife Gauri Khan have offered their four-story personal office space to be used as a quarantine space amid Coronavirus pandemic to Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation.

BMC thanked the actor and his wife for their kind gesture. The information was shared on BMC’s Twitter handle. The post read, “#StrongerTogether We thank @iamsrk & @gaurikhan for offering their 4-story personal office space to help expand our Quarantine capacity equipped with essentials for quarantined children, women and elderly. Indeed a thoughtful and timely gesture! #AnythingForMumbai #NaToCorona.”

Also, Chief Minister of Maharashtra Uddhav Thackeray thanked Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Khan for their support during these testing times.
A few days ago, Shahrukh Khan made huge contributions to the government to provide facilities for Coronavirus patients. Through his IPL franchise, he has pledged to support PM-CARES Fund and through this production banner, Red Chillies Entertainment, he has pledged to support Maharashtra CM’s relief fund.
Other than this, Shahrukh Khan‘s Meer Foundation will provide food to then 5500 families in Maharashtra. Also, they are providing free meals for the daily wage laborers and underprivileged people.
For medical staff in Maharashtra and West Bengal, Shahrukh has pledged to provide Personal Protection Equipment.
