Angrezi Medium: As Coronavirus pandemic has got all over the world, a part of it destroyed the Indian film industry too. Shoots canceled, films release postponed and the films which got released did not do well of cinema screens amid the shut of the theatres across the country.
One such film, Angrezi Medium was expected to do well on the silver screen but however failed to show off due to the coronavirus scenario. However, the film could not make to the audience in the theatres but it reached managed to come back as Angrezi Medium was released online on Disney+ on Hotstar.
Recently, the lead lady of the film Radhika Madan shared a glimpse of her video chat with the entire team members. The screenshot shows Radhika Madan herself, Pankaj Tripathi, Deepak Dobriyal, Ranvir Shorey, Kiku Sharda, producer Dinesh Vijan and director Homi Adajania. The screenshot also has Irrfan Khan on call but however, the actor was not visible on the screen yet he witnessed the premiere.

As the film got premiered on the Hotstar, the whole star cast of the show geared up all together via a conference call so that they can witness the online premiere of Angrezi Medium.
The film was released initially when the coronavirus started hitting India due to which the government decided closure of the public/tourist places and cinema halls. However, the makers of the film were unable to stop the release of the film all across the country and overseas too. This hit the overall performance of the film. Moreover, the release of the film was stopped in Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir, and Kerala in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak.
Late but not too later, the film has geared up to hit the audience again and more powerful this time. You can watch the film along with your family as Angrezi Medium is available on Disney+ on Hotstar VIP.
