Angrezi Medium box office collection day 2: The release of the film Angrezi Medium, star Irrfan Khan, Radhika Madan in the vital characters, amid the Coronavirus outbreak has clearly been a bad decision of the makers as evident by its Box Office collection figures.
Angrezi Medium was, undoubtedly, the most awaited one because it was Irrfan Khan’s comeback after his cancer diagnosis last year. The movie started off on its worst expected note with a single-digit figure collection of Rs. 4 crore.
The second-day collection could have been a game-changer for the film as it was a weekend but however the second day of Angrezi Medium also proved to be a nightmare for the film because it collected even less than its day one, Rs. 2.75 crore. Together, the film has managed to collect Rs. 6.78 crore for its first two days.
Not only the Coronavirus, but to add on to the film’s unfortunate fate, the film was leaked online by TamilRockers. On Friday, within hours of the film’s release, it was leaked by the leading torrent site.

The storyline of Angrezi Medium revolves around Champak’s unconditional love towards his daughter Tarika and how he goes to his bare maximum to accomplish his daughter’s aspirations of studying abroad.
The film has received mixed feedback from the audience and the critics. However, the audience and critics believe that the movie failed to translate messages on the on-screen which it was supposed to carry. However, the performances of the lead characters like Irrfan Khan and Radhika Madan were well-appreciated by all.
Angrezi Medium is a second installment to the film Hindi Medium which starred Saba Qamar along with Irrfan Khan.
