He tweeted and informed that he has taken the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine in AIIMS.

According to the news agency ANI, Prime Minister Modi has taken indigenous covaxin. This vaccine has been prepared by the Indian company Bharat Biotech.

Prime Minister Modi wrote on Twitter, “It is remarkable how our doctors and scientists have worked fast to strengthen the global fight against Covid-19”.

Prime Minister Modi appealed to the common people to get the vaccine and said, “Let’s together make India Covid-19 free!”

A video of Prime Minister Narendra Modi taking the corona vaccine has also surfaced. In which Prime Minister Narendra Modi is seen taking the first dose of indigenous covaxin.

He was administered the Covid vaccine at AIIMS Hospital in Delhi on Monday morning on the first day of the second phase of the vaccination campaign.
