Here’s how you can clean these things:
- First, clean the surfaces with some cloth or brush to remove the dust or any other contamination.
- After that, spray some soapy water on the surfaces and wipe with a cloth.
- Then spray some surface appropriate disinfectant and leave for a while. After that, again wipe the surface with a clean cloth.
Disinfecting wipes (Clorox, Lysol), sprays, hydrogen peroxide, and isopropyl alcohol can work.
If you do not have any disinfectants, you can just do a thorough job with soap and other cleaning agents you have in your house.
Also, you can make disinfectants at your home if you want. You would need bleach for that. Here’s how you can make homemade bleach disinfectant.
• Take 4 tablespoons of bleach and add it in 1 250 ml water.
• Pour the mixture in a spray bottle and shake vigorously.
Do not add bleach to another cleaning chemical. It can discolor your surfaces. Also, you need to be careful with bleach. This bleach disinfectant should be the last option if you don’t get disinfectant from the medical store.
While cleaning your mobile phone or other electronic gadgets, be more careful near the screens and input jacks.
