Bollywood: After the coronavirus has spread among the whole world’s army, politicians, actors, etc, India receives its second coronavirus case having links in the Bollywood film industry. Chennai Express co-producer Karim Morani’s daughter Shaza Morani who returned from Australia just a few days before the lockdown was announced, has been tested positive of the highly contagious virus.

However, the news has been confirmed by Karim Morani who quoted that his daughter returned to Mumbai from Sri Lanka and initially did not show any symptoms of the novel coronavirus. She has been admitted to a COVID ward in the Nanavati hospital located in Juhu, Mumbai.

Morani revealed that both of his daughters were symptomatic and the two sisters decided to get themselves tested. Zoya Morani who was in Rajasthan till March 15 tested negative of the virus whereas Shaza tested positive. Since then, even after Zoya tested coronavirus negative has been kept in the same hospital under quarantine.

Karim Morani is an Indian Bollywood producer who has his name associated with excellent movies like Yodha star Sanjay Dutt and Sunny Deol. Along with this, he has produced films like Dum, Ra.One., Chennai Express, Happy New Year, Dilwale, etc.

The first coronavirus case in the Bollywood industry was of Kanika Kapoor who went into controversies of hiding her travel history and meeting dozens of people even after being infected. However, the Bollywood singer has just recovered and tested negative of the virus recently.

According to the latest figures of the coronavirus cases in the country, the count has gone above 4000 marks. Currently, the nation is under complete lockdown till April 14.
