Ludhiana, Punjab(India): The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Ludhiana Zone, organized a workshop on Digital Business Transformation in collaboration with CT University at Avon Cycles Ltd premises. The event saw the enthusiastic participation of 45 CII members keen on harnessing the power of digital technologies to drive business growth.
In his opening remarks, Rishi Pahwa, Chairman of CII Ludhiana Zone and Joint Managing Director of Avon Cycles Limited, emphasized the pivotal role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the ongoing digital transformation. He highlighted that AI is a core technology enabling businesses to scale up rapidly. Quoting a recent report by Research and Markets, Mr. Pahwa noted that AI is poised to achieve a staggering compound annual growth rate of 52% by 2025, underlining its widespread adoption across global businesses.
Sanjeev Jain, an Automation Expert and the Founder-CEO of ITBOX, shared valuable insights into the evolving landscape of business technology. He emphasized the transformative impact of emerging technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Jain stressed the importance for entrepreneurs to not only grasp these technologies but also implement them collaboratively with their teams. By integrating these technological advancements, businesses can not only navigate day-to-day challenges but also create models for exponential growth, propelling Indian businesses onto the global stage.
The interactive session witnessed an engaging Q&A where Jain addressed queries from the participants, providing valuable insights into the practical implementation of digital strategies.
The workshop concluded on a positive note with a vote of thanks delivered by Randeep Bhogal, Convenor, CII Ludhiana. As a token of gratitude, he presented a memento to Sanjeev Jain for his enlightening contribution to the session.
